Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 med. potatoes pared & sliced
- 1 can veg. soup (undiluted)
- 1 med. onion sliced thin
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Line a 1 1/2-quart casserole with beef on bottom and sides. Fill center with potatoes and onions. Season with pepper (no salt needed). Pour soup over all. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
