Sweet and Sour Meatballs (Toledo)

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds ground beef
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper
  • 2 bottles Bennett's Chili sauce
  • garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients except chili sauce and form into tiny meatballs and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

2. Place meatballs, chili sauce and water in a large pot. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
