Ingredients
- 4-1/2 c. sliced carrots, cooked
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cook carrots and drain. Add rest of ingredients. Cover and marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
