Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. Mazola oil
- 2 T. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
- 1 qt. fresh strawberries
- Filling:
- 1 c. flour
- 3 T. white syrup
- 3 T. corn starch
- 1 1/2 c. water
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Step 1
Crust: Blend the flour, oil, milk, salt and sugar. Press into pie plate and brown crust in 425 degree oven 5 to 7 minutes. Cool.
Filling: Blend sugar, syrup, cornstarch, salt and water and cook until thick and clear. Remove from heat and add strawberry gelatin. Cool. Ad fresh strawberries and pour into shell. Refrigerate.
