Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 ripe peeled avocados, seeded and coarsely mashed
  • 12 oz unsalted baked tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 7 ingredients, stirring well. Serve with chips.
