  • 1 large head cauliflower, washed and chopped
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (more to taste)
  • plant-based natural milk
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Steam cauliflower until tender. Place into blender along with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth (add plant-based milk until desired consistency). Sprinkle with green onions and serve as a side dish or on top of cuban black bean soup.
