- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (more to taste)
- plant-based natural milk
- pepper, to taste
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Steam cauliflower until tender. Place into blender along with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth (add plant-based milk until desired consistency). Sprinkle with green onions and serve as a side dish or on top of cuban black bean soup.
