Ingredients
- 2 - 28 oz canned tomatoes
- 2 - 7 1/2 oz canned tomato sauce
- 1 - Red Pepper Chopped
- 2 - Green Peppers Chopped
- 2 c- Chopped Onion
- 2/3 c White Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Tsp. Coarse salt
- 2 Tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp. Whole Oregano
- 1/4 Tsp. - 1 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper

Step 1
Measure all ingredients into large saucepan. Heat, stirring often, until mixture starts to boil. Boil slowly, uncovered, for about 1 1/2 hours until thickened.
Makes 7 half pint jars.
