Mango Lassi

  • 1 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup mango pulp*
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • Mango chunks
  • Can be found at Asian specialty markets.

Place the yogurt, mango pulp, water, crushed ice, and mango chunks in a blender and puree until very smooth. Transfer to a glass and serve right away.
