Ingredients
- 1/3 C. tomato juice
- 1/3 C. oil
- 1/2 C. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 tsp. soy sauce

Combine all ingredients and shake well.
Variation: Onion or chive dressing: add 2 Tbs. of finely chopped chives or scallions.
