Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 4-ounces fillets salmon
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into chunks
Preparation
Step 1
• Whisk orange juice, soy sauce, oil, and honey together in bowl.
• Place salmon on bottom of Microwave Pressure Cooker. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Pour sauce
evenly over salmon fillets. Place spinach, onions and chunks of butter on top of salmon. Salt and pepper to taste. Place lid on top and seal.
• Place Cooker into microwave and cook on HIGH for 9 minutes.
• Remove Cooker from microwave and allow pressure to drop. When pressure has dropped, remove lid and serve with sticky rice.
