Ingredients
- 2 lb bag frozen Hashborwn potatoes (cubed)
- 1 1/2 stick melted margarine
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Pint Sour Cream
- 2 Cups Shredded Cheese
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1/4 Cup finely chopped onion
- 1 Sleeve Ritz crackers

Step 1
Thaw potatoes and drain. Preheat oven to 350. Combine potatoes, 1 stick of margarine, soup, sour cream, and onion in a casserole dish.
Topping: Crush Ritz crackers, mix with remaining margarine. Spread over top of casserole.
Bake for 45 minutes.
