Ingredients

  • Ratio of 3 Parts Oil To 1 Part Acid

  • Cider Vinegar 1 cup (8 oz)

  • Salad Oil 3 cups (24 oz)

  • Dry Flavorings? Your choice: Mustard Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Dijon Mustard etc.

  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

  • Chopped Lavender (dry) 1/2 tsp

  • Chopped Fresh Rosemary 1 tsp

Directions

1.Start with the vinegar in the bowl with herbs, spices, and flavorings. 2.Dry spices, sugars, mustard etc help to emulsify your vinaigrettes. 3.While whisking rapidly, slowly add the oil in a thin stream to start an emulsion. Note: If you fail to add the oil slowly the emulsion may be lost!
