FRESH APPLE SQUARE DESSERT

Ingredients

• 1cup1 cup flour
• 1/2cup1/2 cup sugar
• 1teaspoon1 teaspoon baking powder
• 11 \2 teaspoon salt
• 11 \4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 22 \3 cup milk
• 11 egg
• 1/2cup1/2 cup raisins
• 3cups3 cups fresh apple pealed and sliced
• 1/2cup1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1/3cup1/3 cup sugar
• 1teaspoon1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degrees
Grease a 13 x 9inch pan
In a bowl add flour 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, nutmeg add milk and egg and mix.
Spread mixture in prepared baking pan
Sprinkle raisins, apples, and pecans evenly over the top
In a small bowl mix 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon sprinkle over the top of cake.

Bake 30-40 minutes until edges are lightly golden brown and the apples are tender
