Oven Baked Chicken Fingers

Much healthier than deep fried. I like to add extra seasoning to the cornflakes, like montreal steak seasoning to spice it up.

Ingredients

  • Chicken tenders
  • 1 Egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tb Honey
  • 1 tsp Yellow Mstrd
  • 1 c. Cornflakes crushed
  • S&P

Preparation

Step 1

Combine egg, honey & mstrd
Combine cornflakes, S&P (and other seasonings of choice)
Dip chix in egg, roll in flakes
Lightly spray baking sheet
Cook 12-15 min., turning once
