Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb lean beef
- 1/4 onion chopped
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 14 oz can stewed tomatoes
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 6 oz tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp basil
- sale and pepper to taste

Brown beef, onions, green pepper and drain fat.
Add rest of ingredients and let simmer for 1 hour.
