Fantasy Fudge

Rich and fudgey; for the chocolate lover!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/8 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2- 3/4 pkg. chocolate chips (6-8 oz)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar, butter, and milk in heavy saucepan.
Bring to full boil, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling for 5 minutes over med heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234*, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate chips until melted.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir until well blended.
Pour into 9" greased dish
Cool at room temperature then refrigerate for a half hour.
Cut into squares.
