- Ham
- Jack Cheese
- Corn tortillas
Preparation
Step 1
1. Arrange thin sliced boiled or baked ham and Jack or sharp cheddar cheese between 2 corn tortillas.
2. Fry only 1 to 2 at a time on a well oiled hot griddle until tortillas are crisp and cheese begins to melt. Turn once. If needed, keep synchronizadas warm on paper towels lined baking sheet in a 200F oven. Serve plain or with guacamole as a dip for triangular cuts of the sandwich.
