Ingredients
- 4 cup matzo farfel
- 4 cup warm water
- 5 egg; beaten
- 4 tablespoon peanut or vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- pinch pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Add water to farfel, cover and let stand 15 minutes. Then drain excess
water.
Mix eggs, oil, salt and pepper.
Spray cup cake pan lightly
Drop into cups 1/2 full - approximately two tablespoons
Bake 400°F aoorixunatekt 20-25 minutes or till lightly brown.
