Spelt Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 c butter softened
• 3/4 c turbinado sugar
• 1 egg
• vanilla
• 1/2 tsp bp
• 1 3/4 c spelt flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 c chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F
Beat butter with sugar, egg and vanilla.
Blend in flour, bp, and salt.
Stir well.
Fold in chocolate chips
Drop on oiled baking sheet by teaspoonfuls and
Bake 10-12 minutes or until done
