Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk
- 15 drops of liquid stevia
- 1 tsp of vanilla (or you can grind whole vanilla beans)
- 1/4 -1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Mix everything in a glass container and shake to mix.
Put in fridge over night.
You can add shredded coconut over it. Or, add raw cacoa powder into the mix to make a chocolate pudding.
You can add strawberries, etc. Or, you can use different flavors of stevia to change the flavor of the pudding.
