Hollandaise Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 avocado, pitted, peeled
  • 2 TBL lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 C unsalted butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

combine all ingredients (less butter) in blender until smooth - running on low speed

drizzle warm butter into egg mixture until creamy
