Ingredients

  • 300 gr pork shoulder
  • 150 gr pork loin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp MSG
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp tapioca starch
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp water

Preparation

Step 1

Grind the pork
Mix all ingredients together. Let it sit in freezer for 1 hour before the process. Spread it evenly before place in freezer. The time depends on the amount of meat.
Process first time 1 1/2 minute. Then put back in freezer for 45 minutes. Then process a second time 1 1/2 minute until it comes to a smooth paste.
Wrap using banana leaf into a roll. Tie with strings.
Steam for 30 minute.
