Mango Chili Dipping Sauce

Serve with Shrimp and Mango Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 1 can 14 oz/398 ml) mangoes
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) Thai Kitchen Sweet Red Chili Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Drain juice from canned mangoes; reserve juice for another use or discard.

Puree mangoes.

Blend in sweet red chilli sauce.

Let flavours mingle for an hour before serving.
