Ingredients

  • Preheat oven to 350, then combine the following three ingredients in a small bowl:

  • 1/4

    cup honey

  • 4

    Tbsp. melted butter

  • 1/2

    tsp. pure vanilla extract

  • Next, in a big bowl, combine:

  • 1 1/2

    c. uncooked regular oats

  • 1/2

    c. whole wheat flour

  • 1/3

    c. sliced almonds (Merritt and I both added more b/c we adore the almonds)

  • 1/4

    tsp. salt

Directions

Combine wet and dry ingredients. Spread onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, stirring often.
