Ingredients
- 1 T butter
- 1/2 cups chopped green onion
- 2 T chablis
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup may
- 2.5 oz dried beef, shredded
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Place butter in bowl and microwave until melted. Add onions and garlic. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in wine. cook on high for 1 minute. Add next 4 ingredients; mixing well. Sprinkle w/pecans and cook for 4 minutes.
