Ingredients
- 1 loaf Challa bread
- 8 eggs
- 3 cups plain or vanilla yoghurt
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tea. kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tea. cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Cut bread into 1" cubes and set aside.
Beat eggs in a bowl. Add yoghurt, syrup, sugar, salt and cinnamon, mixing well.
Add cubed bread and stir, coating all pieces.
Pour into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden.
Top with yoghurt and serve.
