Tangy-Dijon dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • cracked pepper to taste
  • optional but recommended: 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, 1 clove garlic, smashed.

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds. Serve over mixed green salad or as a dip for salmon, or veggies.
