Blueberrry Delight

Ingredients

  • 6 oz raspberry jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 16 oz crushed pineapple in syrup
  • 16 ox blueberries, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice. Add pineapple and blueberries and stir. Pour into 9x13 pan and chill until set. Blend cream cheese and sour cream. Add sugar and vanilla and mix well. Spread over set gelatin and sprinkle with pecans. Allow to set before serving.
