Ingredients

  • 1 28 oz. can whole tomatoes with juice, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 T. Trappey's sliced jalapenos, very finely chopped
  • 3 T. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Fresh cilantro

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Chill and serve.
