Ingredients
- 1 28 oz. can whole tomatoes with juice, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3 T. Trappey's sliced jalapenos, very finely chopped
- 3 T. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- Fresh cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Chill and serve.
