Ingredients
- 2 packages chopped frozen spinach, cooked
- 2 cups herbed stuffing mix
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 eggs
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 garlic clove, minced
Preparation
Step 1
Squeeze spinach dry after cooking. Mix all ingredients until thoroughly blended. Chill for 2 hours or more. Roll into 1" balls. Freeze in plastic bag until ready to be baked.
Place frozen balls on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
