- 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 small pkg of lime jello powder
- 2 cups tiny marshmallows
- 2 cups boiling water
- can of crushed pineapples
- 1/2 pint of whipped whipping cream
Stir together cream cheese, sugar, lime jello powder, marshmallows and boiling water until almost dissolved.
Put into freezer until sloppy. Mix in case of very well-drained crushed pineapple. Fold in 1/2 pint of whipped whipping cream.
