Season-All Mini Meat Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef, 80% lean
  • 1 teaspoon Morton® Season-All® Seasoned Salt
  • 1/4 cup Green Peppers, diced and sautéed
  • 1/4 cup Onion, diced and sautéed
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons Ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients except for ketchup and mix well.
2. Spoon mixture into greased cupcake pan, dividing into 12 portions.
3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or internal temperature of 160°F.
4. Glaze with ketchup as desired.
5. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Chefs Tips:
-Add Morton® Season-All® to your favorite mashed potato recipe to serve with Meat Loaf. Use as a topping for mashed potatoes.
-Sprinkle Morton® Season-All® on Cherry Tomatoes and roast for 15 minutes. This is a great way to top the mashed potato “icing” on mini meat loaves.
