Ingredients
- 6 Tbs vegetable oil
- 3 Tbs wine vinegar
- 2 Tbs worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbs Bobby Flay Spice (chile powder, spices and salt)
- 1 Tbs Montreal Steak Seasoning (McCormick)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Step 1
Pierce meat with fork liberally. Place marinade in a plastic food bag or dish. Add meat and coat. Marinade in refridgerator for 4 hours. Remove and let stand at room temperature for 30 mins. Cook steak to temperature of 125 degrees. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
