Ingredients
- 18 Oreo cookies, finely crushed (1 1/2 cups)
- 2 T butter, melted
- 3 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pkg (8 squares) Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
- 3 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix crushed cookies and butter; press firmly into bottom of 9" springform pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add melted chocolate; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed until just blended. Pour over crust.
Bake at 325° for 55-60 minutes or until center is almost set. Loosen cake from pan; cool before removing. Refrigerate 4 hours. Dust surface with cocoa powder using wire mesh strainer.
