I just want to make sure I understand the freezing correctly. Should I freeze them before they are cooked in the oven, or cook them in the oven first and freeze them after they cool down? Thanks,

You can cook them completely and then freeze them! Then you can just pop them in the microwave to heat them up another day. Enjoy!
