Chocolate Eclair Cake

  • 1 16oz package graham crackers
  • 2 3.5oz packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 8oz package frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 16oz container prepared chocolate frosting

Directions

Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan with graham crackers. In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk then follow the directions on pudding box box. Stir in whipped topping to pudding mixture. Spread half of mixture over graham cracker layer. Top with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding. Top all with a final layer of graham crackers and frost with chocolate frostng. Tip: to easily spread frosting heat in microwave 1 minute, stir and pour frosting on top. Refrigerate until serving.
