Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 c flour
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 cubes margerine
  • 1 pkg yeat
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t vanilla
  • sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Measure flour. Add salt. Cut in margerine as for pie dough. Dissolve yeast in sour cream and mix with well beaten eggs and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Chill.
Divide dough into 2 parts. Roll dough into rectangles in sugar. Fold over and roll out in sugar two more times
Shape into horeshoes.
Bake on ungreased pan till barely brown at 375 fir 15 minutes..
