Ingredients
- Cake: 1 C. oil
- 1 1/2 C. sugar
- 4 eggs at room temperature
- 15 oz. pumpkin
- 1 t. soda
- 2 t. baking powder
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. salt
- 2 C. flour
- Frosting: 1 cube butter at room temperature
- 18 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
- 2 1/2 to 3 C. powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Cake: Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs, but beat mixture after each one. Mix in pumpkin. In a seperate bowl mix all remaining dry ingredients. Add dry ingredient mixture to pumpkin mixture. Mix until just combined. Bake cake in 350 degree oven for 23 minutes.
Frosting: Microwave cream cheese for 20 seconds. Mix together butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
