Chicken Wings

  • 1 (10 ounce)bottle soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons ginger-root, freshly grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dark mustard
  • 24 chicken wings
  • Garlic powder



Step 1

Mix soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar, and mustard together; blend well. Marinate chicken in mixture 2 hours or longer. Drain wings; reserve marinade. Bake 1-1/2 hours at 350 degrees, turning and basting with marinade frequently. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Place under broiler a minute or two to get crispy, just before serving.
