Ingredients

  • 6-7 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and grated
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 T. minced green onions
  • 1/4 C. butter melted
  • 1/2 C. grated cheese
  • 1 1/2 C. crushed Corn Chex cereal
  • 1/4 C. Melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine and heat together: chicken soup, sour cream, green onions, 1/4 C. melted butter and grated cheese. Stir mixture into potatoes. Mix well. Put in 2 quart casserole dish. Mix Chex and 1/4 C. melted butter together and sprinkle on top. Bake and 325 for 3o minutes.
