  • 1 # corned beef
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese
  • 3 party rye loaves
  • sauerkraut
  • mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Brush olive oil on one side of rye bread slices. Place party rye on griddle. Spread lightly with mustard. Put corned beef, swiss, and sauerkraut on top. Lightly spread oil on upper bread (outside) and cover. Grill til golden brown, turn and repeat.
