  • 1 STALK CELERY, CHOPPED
  • 1 8 OZ CAN TOMATO SAUCE
  • 1 16 OZ CAN DICED TOMATOES
  • 1 4 OZ CAN MUSHROOMS
  • 1 CUP FROZEN PEAS
  • 1 CUP FROZEN CORN
  • 1 12 OZ CAN RED BEANS, DRAINED
  • DASH OF EACH:WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE, SOY SAUCE,GARLIC POWDER,PAPRIKA, TABASCO
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
  • 1 CUP WATER

BROWN MEAT, DRAIN, ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS. SIMMER 1 HOUR UNTIL HOT.
