Ingredients

  • 8-10 cooked potatos
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1-1/4 C. milk
  • 1 envelope ranch dressing
  • 1/1 /2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices of cooked bacon

Step 1

Cut cook potatoes in 1/2 inch cubes. Mix together soup, 1 cup cheese, ranch dressing and add potatoes. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle crumbled cooked bacon and 1/2 C. cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
