Ingredients
- SHRIMP
- 2.2 lbs fresh shrimp, peeled but with the heads still intact
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- AVACADO DIP
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 tomato, seeded and diced
- 1/2 red onion finely chopped
- 1 green chile, chopped
- Juice from 1 lime
- 3 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5 drops Tabasco
- Salt and black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
SHRIMP
Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and f ry for 30 seconds. Add shrimp
And turn them, frying for 2 minutes until lukewarm. Add chopped parsley.
