Pumpkin Pecan Bread

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons margarine or butter,
• cut up
• 3 cups bread flour
• 3/4 teas salt
• 1/4 teas nutmeg
• 1/4 teas ginger
• 1/8 teas ground cloves
• 1 teas active dry yeast or bread machine yeast
• 3/4 coarsely chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Select the loaf size. Add the ingredients to the machine according to the manufacturer's directions. Select the basic white bread cycle.
