Fried Sesame Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup glutinous rice flour
  • scant 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup adzuki bean jam
  • 3-4 tblsp whie sesame seeds
  • oil for deep frying

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place rice flour in a bowl, and add water gradually while kneading until the texture resembles a soft bread dough. Divide the dough into quarters and roll each into a ball.

2. Quarter bean jam and roll into balls. press one ball of dough flat, and wrap a bean jam ball in it. Seal the top. roll between your palms to form a perfect ball. Make 4 and coat with sesame seeds. Heat oil to low, deep fry 4-5 minutes until golden.
