Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar Splenda
- 6 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Teriaki Sauce
- 1 Tbs. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Scallion, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp. Minced Garlic
- Kebobs:
- Chicken Pieces, pineapple, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, onion pieces, zucchini pieces, green pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place marinade ingredients in a large jar and shake until well blended. Pour over chicken pieces for several hours. Skewer chicken pieces and vegetables together. Grill, basting every 5 minutes with marinade until chicken is completely cooked.
