Strudel

Ingredients

  • 4 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts
  • 4 varieties of fruit jams
  • 2 cups crushed Frosted Flakes divided into 1/4 cups
  • 2 cups raisins divided into 1/4 cups
  • 6 tablespoons cinnamon divided into 2 tablespoons per crust
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Preparation

Step 1

Let crusts get to room temperature. Unroll the crust and with a rolling pin roll out to larger circle.
Spread a thin layer of fruit jam over the crust. Sprinkle a 1/4 cup of Frosted flakes on each crust.
Sprinkle a 1/4 cup raisins over flakes. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Fold the sides over and then roll from
The bottom to form a log. Place sealed side down on a cookie sheet covered in parchment. Baked in a preheat oven at 350 for between 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown . Cool completely . Oce cool sprinkle with powdered sugar. Slice into pieces.
