Ingredients
- 2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. milk or cream
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- scant tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- topping
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. pecan halves
Preparation
Step 1
Heat sugar and butter on low heat, stirring constantly until butter is barely melted.
spread over potatoes, sprinkle pecans on top.
cool until ready to heat
cover and heat until bubbly
