Maple-Sauced Canned Ham Sliced

Ingredients

  • 1 Canned ham (3 pounds)
  • 1/2 Cup maple-flovored syrup
  • 1/4 cup prepared mustard
  • Watercress or parsley springs (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Have butcher slice ham very thinly,then reasseble to original shape and tie together with string.Place ham in smalll
roasting pan.Blend syrup and mustard and pour over ham.Bake in 325 oven 1-1/2 hours,or until heated through,basting with pan juices,occasionally.Place on platter,snip and remove string and separate slices slightly.Garnish with watercress.
